This privacy policy describes how the AS-IS KPI Submit Chrome extension (“the Extension”) handles information for the internal As-Is Homebuyers KPI Tracker.
Who this is for
The Extension is an internal tool for authorized As-Is Homebuyers team members. It is not intended for the general public or consumer end users.
Data we collect and process
When you use the Extension, we process:
- Account credentials — your work email and password, used only to authenticate with Firebase Authentication (same accounts as the KPI Tracker web app).
- Profile information — your display name, rep ID, role, and active status, loaded from our Firestore user profile so submissions are attributed to you.
- KPI submission data — the daily activity numbers you enter for your department (calls, talk time, pipeline, offers, deals, and related fields), stored in our Firestore database under your team entry for the selected date.
How we use the data
Data is used solely to:
- Sign you into the KPI Tracker backend
- Save and update your daily KPI entries
- Power the team board and Present mode scorecards
We do not sell user data, use it for personalized advertising, or transfer it to data brokers. Use complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
Where data is stored
- Authentication and KPI records are stored in Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) for our project, transmitted over HTTPS.
- Sign-in session state may persist locally in the browser (IndexedDB) so you stay signed in between panel opens.
Sharing
KPI data is visible to other authenticated, active team members and admins inside the KPI Tracker product, as required for the shared scoreboard. We do not share Extension data with unrelated third parties for advertising or resale.
Permissions
The Extension uses the Chrome sidePanel permission to show the submit form beside your browser tabs, and connects to Google Firebase / Google APIs hosts solely for authentication and Firestore reads/writes described above. It does not read the content of other websites.
